TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL TERMS
~ Commissions are for personal use only
~ The artist has the right to reject any commission for any reason
~ Prices are subject to change based on demand
~ Prices may change depending on the complexity of the commission
~ Prices will be doubled if no references are provided and i will design the character with the given details about the character
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
~ The artist will start doing the commission once the payments are confirmed
~ Payments will be done only through Paypal in USD (locals on GCash)
~ Commissions will be paid 100% upfront
~ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment
~ All commissions are non-refundable once I started working, unless I have not started the commission and the client decides to cancel the commission
PROCESS & REVISIONS
~ The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 - 3 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work
~ The client will be updated every phase (lineart, coloring, rendering) is done by the artist, once the piece is finished, you will receive the full artwork
~ You get 2 rounds of changes on the piece during the sketch phase, major changes in lineart / coloring / rendering will be charged
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
~ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork
~ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online & in my portfolio
~ The client may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels WITH PROPER CREDITS
~ The client CAN'T alter the commissioned artwork
~ The client CAN'T use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
